GRACE LOVINGOOD

September 13, 1920 – October 13, 2009
 
ANDERSON, SC - Grace Warren Lovingood, age 89 of 2503 Neville Way, wife of the late W. L. Lovingood, Jr., died Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at her residence.
 
Born in Elberton, GA, she was a daughter of the late Henry Warren and Mammie Fortson Warren.  She grew up in Elberton GA and was a graduate of Elberton High School.  She was a co-owner, along with her husband of Lovingood Heating Company.  Mrs. Lovingood was a member of Pope Drive Baptist Church and the Young at Heart Senior Group.
 
Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Lollis and her husband, Bill; five grandchildren, Lisa Queen, Tammy Carver, Robin Fritz, Richard Burton and Russ Lollis; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
 
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Carolyn Burton; brother, Henry Warren and four sisters, Eleanor Gillespie, Norma Powell, Bett Maxwell and Bill Graham.
 
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Sam Duncan.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, October 16, 2009 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
