HERMAN H. LACY
ANDERSON – Herman H. Lacy, age 87, of 404 Brittany Park, died Friday, October 30, 2009 at the Rainey Hospice House after a brief illness. A lifelong resident of Anderson, he was the son of the late Cleve C. and Lois I. Lacy. He was a U.S. Army-Air Force Veteran of World War II and was a member of Boulevard Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Margie P. Lacy; his son, Mark P. Lacy and wife, Cathy; his grandchildren, Nathan Lacy, Anna Becht and husband, Kent, and Caleigh Clifford; and son-in-law, Thomas Ligon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jan Ligon, and his brother, Clyde Lacy. Private funeral services were held on November 1, 2009.
