DUJUAN D. HARBIN
ANDERSON – Dujuan Delano Harbin, 43, of 4605 Belton Highway, died Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home.
Born November 3, 1966 in Anderson, he was the son of Henry Dean Harbin and the late Dessa Lock Harbin. He was a 1990 graduate of Francis Marion University where he was a member of the Cross Country team. He was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserves with 18 years service. He was a member of the Anderson Road Runners Club. Dujuan attended Concord Community Church where he served in the C.E.F. Good News Club outreach ministry and had served in Christian youth camps, including Camp Hope, during high school and college years.
Survivors include his father, Henry D. Harbin, of Chappells; brother-in-law, Earl Cleveland of Anderson; nephew, Drew Cleveland, and a niece, Shayla Cleveland. His sister, Daneah Cleveland, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sullivan-King Mortuary, Downtown Chapel, conducted by Lou Rittweger, Nathan Thomas, Larry Reeves, and Kent McGahey. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by the Campbell Patriots Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary, 401 North Main Street, Anderson.
