     In the days ahead we plan to publish extensive opinion pieces by local leaders from all walks of life. Experts on different sides of opions will make for lively reading.

     The only requirement is that the issue has a clearly defined impact on those of us who live and work in Anderson County.

     Before the official launch, the opinion page will offer our philosophy of the editorial page. Links to columnists from across the political spectrum will offer insight on national issues, but local discussion of local issues by local writers should prove enlightening, interesting and hopefully will provoke thought all around..
