     Today Anderson School District 5 Superintendent Betty Bagley says that residents of the county oppose dissolving the district, as outlined by the recent Strom Thurmond Institute Study.      The fish are swimming back to the Anderson County Arts Center just in time to see the end of the "Pet Project" exhibit.
