SHANNON HOPE JONES

Shannon Hope Jones, age 35, wife of Blonnie Grover Jones, Jr. of 739 Martin Road, Starr, passed away on August 24, 2009. Born in Oconee County, SC on February 4, 1974, Shannon was a great lover of animals, especially her Rottweiler of 15 years, Heidi.
 
Survivors include her husband of the home; her mother, Marilyn Edna Rowland of Westminster, SC; her father, David Michael Ross of West Virginia; a brother, David Michael Ross II of Geneva, NY; a sister, Crystal Ross of Walhalla, SC; and her maternal grandmother, Evelyn Clara Glenn of Townville, SC.
 
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 11:30 A.M. in The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Andrew Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.
