Annie Mae Clinkscales

Anderson – Annie Mae Clinkscales, 90, passed away on September 3, 2009.  She is survived by her daughters, Lenora C. Evans, Verrina C. Jones, and Willie Mae Clinkscales; sister, Minnie Lou S. Agnew; six grandchildren, and six greatgrandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Sylvester Clinkscales; parents, Rev. J.H. and Minnie Simmons Scott; sisters, Eunice S. Martin, Martha Jane S. Latimer, Verrina S. Jenkins, and Amanda S. Anderson; brothers, Walter Lee, Ozia, Roy, Jay Willie, and Bennie Scott.
 
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Tuesday, September 8 at Welfare Baptist Church in Belton.  The body will be placed in state at 1:30 PM.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.  A visitation will be held from 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM.  The family is at 102 Sylvester Dr.  The funeral home will be open from noon until 8:00 PM on Labor Day.
